Roman Semenets is a well-qualified young lawyer who has just started his practice in the area of international commercial dispute resolution.
Presently, he holds position of an associate at Ukrainian office of TCM Group International Ltd., which is a unique alliance of 35 law offices and 110 agencies that practice international commercial dispute resolution in 145 countries.
He started his career as a paralegal at non-governmental organizations during his studies at the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He also took part in “The Build Initiative”, organized by the Leavitt Institute for International Development. There, he took a course “Adversarial Proceedings in a Free Society”. In addition, he studied at the Faculty of Business and Society of the University of South Wales (UK).
Combining his studies with paralegal’s practice, he obtained great experience of working with various commercial companies and non-governmental organizations.
Practices: international commercial debt collection, alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration), litigation, and bankruptcy.
