Denys Kopii

Denys Kopii is a first-class internationally acknowledged lawyer and negotiator, who holds position of partner of Ukrainian office of TCM Group International.

Early in his career, he rapidly grew from junior associate to the head of the Department of mediation and restructuring department at international law firm that has been recognized as a leader in trade finance, corporate and financial dispute resolution practices by various influential directories such as Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Martindale Hubbell, IFLR 1000,, and Legal 500.

He managed a number of major international projects in Europe, USA and China. In these projects he cooperated with such influential clients as EH, SINOSURE, EKN, K-SURE, MEHIB, GIEK, as well as a number of other international holdings and foreign companies.

He permanently advises one of the active deputies of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on legal and financial issues of international character.

He successfully practices in such fields of law, as international commercial debt collection, restructuring and mediation, litigation and arbitration proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, bankruptcy.
